Eat your way to better memory!

While that approach may be a tad over-optimistic, there is evidence that certain foods can lead to better brain health and memory. We described some of the top candidate brain foods previously, and now this new article from the Daily Galaxy includes a helpful list of specific foods that have been linked to maintaining better memory.

A good general rule of thumb is that what’s good for your body is probably good for your brain - when in doubt about new diet trends, go for variety and balance.
