Was challeged and invigorated with my first training session. Although I started late at night after a long busy day and not much sleep the night before, it took a long time to get to sleep, due to my over stimulated brain.
I now train much earlier to avoid the risk of insomnia and to reap the benefits during an extra wakeful day.

You have a 2nd set of 10?(I think) tests which you want us all to occasionally visit and completed. some areas are questionable
1. can you clearly state no. of visits and our progress todate.
2. Please see 'Pattern Recognition' program this test is so limited its silly to expect a sensible check on progress here after 2 visits.(sorry but I'm easily loosing enthusiasm for this test.)By adding many, many(100?or more)by varying same shapes into 2+3 max. no. multiple version-3 sizes of zoom-up to 3 shape combinations becoming a new complex shape-orientation to include shape orientaion CW ACW MIRROR 45-90-180 ETC.DEGREE rotations y ou --say which are best made into advanced level tests (I'm not sure but just ideas)
3. 'Spatial Speed Match' clock STILL ticking after results have been displayed and I'm clicking into another program.
4. I would welcome an indicator how many times I've played these random 10 set tests - also what test I last completed - finally Keep me aware of all my previous results AFTER each test. (I'd love IFF POSS.)- Thanks guys you're wonderful site is slowly changing me into a happy chappy.

Good afternoon

from the past i heard about the effect of food on the mood and behaviour, so i search about it in book called nutrition and the brain edited by richard j. wurtman and judith j. wurtman. i hope to know more.also
in the web site they took about the food that make the person happy and sad. by experience i discover that all right.

A lot of people have suggestions for the visual, tactile and emotional foods the brain should be receiving too. Some suggest being happy or loved is best yet others suggest that brains perform best when depressed. Perhaps the recipe is as simple as for food nutrients.
