It is getting more clear that people can train their brain for almost whatever they want. Which means that making the steps to train it for ADHD more clear could be useful too. In effect to show people whether they are on the ADHD path or the superbrain path. A key to such things is often understanding balance /equilibrium and the adjustment necessary which can be a complex concept. So exercises to train or make intuitive "adjusting an imbalance" concepts might be useful.

How many times can I ever thank you again? IT WORKS!! I'm practicing with Lumosity for 4 days now and I'm at session 6. I just can feel the progress.. mostly with my attention. I'm starting to enjoy the games more and more and I really feel I'm getting better by the day. I hope I also will feel my Lumosity-progress in daily life!

Hi Marjolein,
Lumosity is for all ages, though it's too difficult for very young children. I hope you enjoy the training, and let us know how it goes for you.

Thank you! I have got Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD in a slight condition. My IQ is 124.. but I've got a really slow reaction and concentration and my short-term memory really sucks, so I never really act that smart. I hope this can help or is this site only build for very young children? I'm seventeen.
