Fun stuff that’s healthy #1: Sports

Physical aerobic exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body and brain. The brain relies on a strong heart and vascular system to supply it with sufficient blood to function optimally and resist disease and aging. Rodents that run create more new brain cells than sedentary rats, and this probably holds true for humans.

If you don’t like going to the gym or pounding the pavement, just pick an activity you like. I play soccer and ultimate frisbee. You could bicycle, hike, play ping-pong or just about anything that makes your heart beat fast for an extended period of time (benefits of sex coming soon!).
