Information Processing Speed

Information Processing Speed – Information processing involves taking in raw sensory input and making sense of it. The ability to process input quickly allows for better response times and an enhanced ability to adapt to changing environments, such as driving in the city or engaging in a heated debate.

USED FOR

•    Thinking faster
•    Quicker reaction times
•    Speeding up cognitive processes

As we age our ability to process information slows. This slowing also affects other areas of cognition such as memory and problem solving. The good news is that research has shown that it is possible to speed things up with consistent use of cognitive training exercises.
