Are Men's and Women's Brains Different?

The overlap is far greater than the difference

Pop science loves to claim that male and female brains are fundamentally different, 'wired' for different skills and behaviors. But when neuroscientists actually look at brain structure and function across large samples, the overlap between sexes is enormous. Most brains are a mosaic of features, not cleanly 'male' or 'female.' The differences within each sex are far larger than the average differences between them.
